Simply check out the menus online and download the printable order forms. You either call in, email or fax your orders to the store. Indicate when you would like to come in and pick them up or we also offer delivery to most areas (check out our delivery/pick-up calendar!).

Note:  There are several menus online .  just a brief explanation. A full size order feeds 4 - 6 with 6 Protein pieces in a Full and 3 in a Half. Most meals come with a choice of side; Pasta, Rice, or Frozen Vegetable.
