All of the menu items are posted on the website, from our monthly Fresh Sheet, Prepared by Us, to the A La Carte, Single Meals or Catering menu.

Simply check out the menus online and add to your shopping cart or you can download the printable PDF order forms and call, email or fax your orders to the store. Indicate when you would like to come in and pick them up or we also offer delivery to most areas (check out our delivery/pick-up calendar!). 
You can start shopping by selecting your pick up or delivery date and time and start filling your cart. If you are already a member dont forget to log in or you can log in at check out. All the nutritional informaion is available online.

You can also just drop in and grab dinner for tonight or place an order and fill your freezer with several entrees...  No more “What’s for dinner?” nights.  We assemble your  meals  to save even more time, we will do it for you free of charge. Note:  There are several downloadable menus online .  just a brief explanation. A full size order feeds 4 - 6 with 6 Protein pieces and a Half meal has 3 protein pieces or feeds 2- 3

 - Senior & Singles - This is updated monthly with a list of single portion meals, and other single serving menu items.  This is the Veteran Affairs and Seniors menu for ordering. Seniors price on single meals is $7.59 , regular price $7.95.
