FREE ASSEMBLY – We will assemble your meals for no additional charge.  We will be sure to add that special touch just like MOM does, want it spicy , or less salt just let us know.  We provide gluten Free substitions and healthy heart choices.  Smaller family – no problem , have the full meals split in to two meals and enjoy them again next month.

NO MINIMUM ORDER -  Whether you are just dropping in, taking a load off your feet in our comfy massage chairs while we quickly put your meals together  or calling ahead. You can order as little as 1 meal and has many as your freezer can hold.

FUNDRAISING – Kick off your campaign with a night out at Fresh Gourmet TakeAway.  We will accumulate the value of all orders during your campaign and donate 10% of all sales to your cause.

PRIVATE PARITES ( BABY SHOWERS) – What a great gift to the new mom, load her fridge and freezer with food , so all she has to tend to is her new bundle of joy. Book the party, invite the guests, everyone assembles 3 – 4 meals and gives one to the  guest of honour and fills their own freezer of healthy treats for them selves. We provide hot and cold snacks, coffee, tea and gourmet cookies. Bring your beverages and cake, enjoy a terrific time with your friends and family and best of all NO MESS.
