Being a gourmet cook myself, I was a little skeptical, but now working in another field, traveling an hour each way to work and working MORE THAN full time, I was exhausted and brain dead when it came to shopping and planning meals for my family. We were all so very impressed with the quality, quantity and simply delicious fare we've purchased. EVERY meal has been a pleasant surprise. My family can read the simple directions and have food "on the table" from the time I call to say I'm leaving work til I walk in the door almost an hour later.
